Born and raised in Mills River, North Carolina, Eleanor Palmer remembers her childhood as an evolving mosaic of art and nature. From an early age she recognized a uniquely deep magic rooted within the mountains of Western North Carolina. Intuitively connecting to textures, colors, and movements from the natural world, Palmer began collecting a creative consciousness. Today, she creates large abstract paintings using bold, intuitive brushstrokes.
