SHIPPING, PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Shipping and pick-up:
Presently, 906 Art Gallery offers pick-up, local delivery, and shipment of artwork upon request. Shipment fees depend on the size and weight of the piece. Please email us before your purchase to get a quote on your custom shipping price. Pickups can be made during regular business hours. Exceptions may or may not be allowed
Delivery:
906 Art Gallery offers local delivery (free for orders of $1000+) to Greenville, SC, as well as Asheville, NC, and their surrounding areas! After your purchase, an associate will reach out to you via email or text in order to schedule a delivery time. We prefer to deliver to a residence or place of business where someone can receive the merchandise in person, but we will drop it off at a location in its vacated state (as long as you've agreed to the respective disclaimer).
RETURNS
Important: Please follow these guidelines upon receiving your merchandise in order to ensure a refund. Refunds will not be granted to merchandise unless returned in its original packaging.

Damaged Merchandise:
If merchandise is received damaged, all claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If the item cannot be replaced, then a full refund will be issued. Delivery fees will not be refunded, but pick-up and drop-off of merchandise from the original location can be facilitated.
Receiving Your Order:
Please open carefully. Remove your art slowly and be extra careful if using a knife to remove packaging. Immediately inspect art thoroughly as to its contents and condition. Do not throw away any of the packing materials until you are completely satisfied with the artwork. In the event your package arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately. In either case, all packing materials must be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours from the date received. Please contact the gallery to schedule a return and return the item back in its original box. Returns will be inspected immediately upon receipt, and you will be reimbursed in the same form as your initial payment. A refund of your purchase price will be made less delivery fees (if applicable). Delivery fees are not refundable. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee (this fee covers credit card processing charges, packing labor and administration fees). All special orders and clearance items are exempt from our return policy and are non-returnable & non-refundable (except in the case of damage during delivery). Merchandise cannot be cancelled by refusing to accept delivery of merchandise.
